Do you enjoy working in customer service and want to help develop our order reception process? We are now looking for two structured and engaged employees to join our team working with Bygdsiljum's laminated products. The position is located at one of our sawmills in either Bygdsiljum or Kroksjön. However, one of the positions requires on-site work in Bygdsiljum during the summer with transport bookings, customer service, and order management.

Holmen Timber processes wood from Swedish forests and develops new smart ways to build with wood. At our sawmill facility in Bygdsiljum, we produce sawn and further processed products from Västerbotten's forests. Then Holmen's subsidiary, Martinsons Building Systems, uses our products to build multi-family houses, offices, halls, and bridges.

As an Order Receiver

As an order receiver, you will belong to the Preparation and Planning workgroup. There are eight colleagues working with project coordination, order reception, material delivery, and transport planning.

Your Future Challenge

In your daily work, you will handle orders for our high-quality products to the building supply trade and industrial customers. As a customer service representative, you are often the first point of contact for our customers, as most inquiries go through our department.

In addition to customer contact, you will collaborate with other employees in the Product Group and with our salespeople within Holmen. The role also includes handling complaints, invoicing, and delivery planning.

To Succeed in the Role

We are looking for someone with administrative experience and previous work in customer service in some form. In this role, it is important that inquiries and orders are handled correctly and efficiently, which requires accuracy, structure, and the ability to prioritize. You enjoy working in various digital systems and have good computer skills. As a person, you are engaged, attentive, and service-oriented. Experience or education in logistics or related fields is an advantage.

Driving license B is required for the position.

Location: Bygdsiljum/Kroksjön

Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing, which means the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Employment type: Temporary until 2026-08-31 with the possibility of extension.
